Bellevue Square—The Bellevue Collection

Attracting more than 22-million visitors annually, Bellevue Square thrives as the heart of Bellevue shopping

Bellevue Square is one of the best-performing shopping destinations in the country. As The Bellevue Collection’s major retail driver, Bellevue Square attracts more than 22 million visitors annually and enjoys a legacy of nearly 65 years of continued sales growth. Although during the recession, Bellevue Square saw its first sales decreases over that 65 year period, it quickly came back and has now posted over 37 months of straight gains, many of those in the double digits.

Designed to be more than just a Bellevue “mall,” the Square has over 200 retail stores, including anchors JCPenney, Macy’s, and Nordstrom. It also offers specialty stores like LEGO, Tiffany and Co., the Apple Store, A|X Armani Exchange, Williams-Sonoma, the Microsoft Store, Burberry, Lacoste, as well as restaurants like P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Cheesecake Factory, Red Robin, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Offering concierge services, valet parking, and a children’s play area, Bellevue Square links to Lincoln Square by sky bridge.

Bellevue Square has been continuously owned by Kemper Freeman and his family, making it one of the few shopping centers in the United States that has not been purchased by a real estate investment trust.
